My e mail should be on
till end of May
Best to all
I see some have come back here
and not sure just where everyone is
One thing I want to mention to anyone
reading, be sure to go with your GUT FEELING
I am several years out
was given clearance by a mammo
and a physical exam
and went to the surgeon on my own GUT
feeling. So do not hesitate to go back
or ask questions, questions
Today, I am a very fortunate lady
so, go with your feeling
Best to all
Have a great Spring and Summer
My very best wishes to all, wherever
you are on your own path of life

Hi, Sierra,
Hope it's a joyful move. All moves are hard, no matter what. Tearing up the nest. Hope it's put back together promptly and comfortably. Do stay in touch!

I've so enjoyed your posts and manner of posting.
I suspct your moving task is similarly organized and flowing.
Then carrying on this artistic style to your new abode
Suspecting it will soon be as beautiful as the one who is moving
Best of all to you in your new home and community.
Hope you'll be back someday in same fluent mode.
Tender -
Sierra,
Good luck to you with your move!! I have missed hearing from you, but I am sure that you have been busy, organizing your move!

Hi Gals:
Thanks to each and
every one of you. Your kind
comments are appreciated
I so enjoy your posts as well
After so many yrs at the same place
much to d/size and you know
people, these days just are
not collectors anymore
I have several items here
that will not be sold,
rather donated or given away
It is amazing what we amass LOL
The reason I posted re my Dx.
many yrs back is ..& going with your gut
is because I have:
Diaries..have going back to 1999..
and was reading the one from 2000
have to toss some of this stuff out
and also some of my many photographs
just can not keep them all
The Old boyfriend ones will have to go!
Have a great day!
Feeling blessed to be here
to do this move
Will catch up privately later.

If that is your hair cut and shade now
it is v. becoming.. I put mine back to a brown
with some blonde
Well, back to packing gals
and..
While I am in here..
IF.. ANYONE HAS A SUGGESTION
for a v. tiny bathroom
blue tiles.. plse ..post
I hear chocolate brown and pale blue is in
but.. oh, blue .. I just have never ever
used,, it suits me not
dont know what other shade to put
and also.. need to make the b. room look
bigger.. so mirrors I guess
BE WELL ALL OF YOU
We all know
the Time is NOw
Hugs, Sierra
O/TT Pale Blue and Brown
also read do not get a large patterned
shower curtain.. might just get a liner
thing is: brown rug would show everything
so.. blue .. might be more appropriate.. -
Hi Sierra,
It sounds like you're busy! Do you know when your move is yet? I've got a tiny blue bathroom too...not my favorite color either. I got a shower curtain with pale blue and yellow colors in the design and then got yellow towels and bath rug, etc. and it really brightened it up.
Pat
-
Over come the blue with Yellow! That's what my daughter did.
I have one blue one, too and I used chocolate and a little peach. It works.
You can even find brown bath mats and rugs now. They were out of style but are comming back. I had to wait a couple of years to replace my other brown rugs. LOL
-
Best wishes on your move Sierra....hope all goes well and you settle in nicley.
-
Good luck with your move Sierra. Hope it goes smoothly.
Sounds like you're having fun going through some old memories.
The chocolate and yellow suggestions for the bathroom sound good, I lean toward the chocolate. My daughter did it with blue in her tiny bathroom and it looks good. She used a solid chocolate shower curtain (found it at Walmart).
Have fun decorating. . .nothing like a clean new space!
-
Sierra: it's funny you mention your bathroom... I would probably go w/ white on the walls, and a combination of white and different blues as the accessories (bath towels, bathmat,...);
than to spicy up the whites and blues I would find red/black/yellow... or white and black pictures to hang on the wall;
Now... I have a possible kitchen where I also need your input... white floor, cabinets, knobs, walls and appliances, hunter green counter top (yuck)... what color should I paint the walls (no back splash)... in addition, it is an open kitchen... it opens to the dinning room... which color there?! Continue the color from the kitchen?
-
Hi Gals:
A BIG HUG AND A THANK YOU TO ALL.
OF YOU AGAIN..
Can always count on good input here
you know when your head is swimming
with moving, I dont want to purchase
any items in a hurry
and know that I am NOT PAINTING THE PLACE
CANT AFFORD IT AND DONT HAVE TIME..
LILLIA: ODD YOU MENTION the red
as I do have two pictures that are
vases.. sort of oriental and red on gold
but I will see
dont even want to put much on the walls
might put in Kitchen which is small too
there are no towel racks on the walls
so might do baskets and .. a towel rack hung over
the door.. hate making digs in the walls
you should see me with a hammer Gals
I always get the nail in crooked >>>
I also am fussy, dont like my towels on the tank
as people flushing the toilet.. get my drift
in fact is a basket even sanitary??
DOTTI: AND PS: I ADORE PEACH AND YELLOW
SO.. WILL SEE TRY TO GET THIS ON SALE
FOR PS. we could go to the .. Cannon outlet if
I were down there.. oh boy..
Ive got people in and out here
showing the apt.. and then
the items.. feel like Im going a bit
batty..
LOL>>>
guess tonight, I might have
to have some wine and Pasta
Tks.. everyone..
would you not know
I have towels given to me
in pretty good shape NONE BLUE
NONE YELLOW PINK... AND GREEN
GRRR..
BUT I do have a few tan ones
that could work too
Maybe I should give all of you my floor plan
it has been quite a .. manoeuvre .. d. sizing
and getting all my stuff into this new spot
Have a good day Gals
PS Lillia.. the black could work because
this is an older bldg and they have black trim
round the bottom of the b. room near the floor
but oh so tiny.. dear Me. I have been spoiled
the b. room I have now
HAS A WINDOW..
HAS A LINEN\E CUPBOARD RIGHT IN IT
I do not like using Lysol spray
either .. another topic..
so I use peppermint.. on a kleenex
for a scent
Also as the bath is white( I need
to put down a .. rubber mat.. do all of you use
one? should anyway, a few times I nearly slippin
in my tub
but they are so ugly LOL
a nice candle maybe.. but note Blue
I use beeswax ones
Have fun today all!..
PS ABOUT WALMART
ARE YOU STILL SHOPPING THERE LADIES??)
I STOPPED, BUT YOU SEE
THERE ARE ALWAYS ITEMS YOU NEED
AT WALMART..
