    If anyone is doing the Susan G Komen or Avon walks and need to raise money.  Check out this great site:  www.fundraisingforacause.com  they sell breast cancer fundraising merchandise at wholesale prices and give you a bunch of tips on how to raise your money

    I don't know if it was approved by the moderators, but she sent me a PM about ordering stuff from this site to help with fund raising.

    Because the poster OWNS the site she is promoting and has not bothered to post anything here BUT her advertisement, one would be correct in believing this is in violation of board rules. Regardless of her motivation and objective, rules are rules. If she had not made the post in such a way as to appear as though she is just passing along something she found ("THEY sell..."), I would be less inclined to give a crap about whether or not she has broken the rules.

    Other users here have been disciplined for much less blatant abuses/violations of board policy--policies that are  clearly spelled out in the rules one agrees to when joining the site.
