Hello From Portugal! I am a Survivor!

Hello to everyone!

My name is Lecas, I am from Portugal, I am 58 years old. I am a Breast Cancer Survivor!

I was diagnozised breast cancer 16 months ago. I already finished all my treatments and I am having a very "normal" living now.

I thank god for my recovery. My positive attitude helped me a lot with my recovery. The love of familiy and friends also helped me very much.

It is so important you keep always your faith about your recovery. Remember that depression, Stress and bad thought will make you die, not your cancer.

My tumor grew up because a lot of stress I had at my job. That was the trigger of my disease. We must stop sometimes and analyze what we are doing with our life and change wiat it is hurting us.

I have created a website called "I did survive": http://www.ididsurvive.com where you can read all about my disease, What did I do to get better and you will find A LOT of positive words andencouraging stories that I know will make you feel way better

It's my pleasure to be in this community of breastcancer.org. I will try to contribute as much as I could.
