Just Got Chemo Appt for Mother

    Just left the oncologist and received work my mother needed chemo.  Two weeks ago she had a mastectomy of right breast and they found 8 of 11 lymph nodes had cancer.  She is 80 years old.  Fortunately she is doing a mild chemo and will not lose hair but will have fatigue.  Any insight from anyone on how serious the fatigue is. My mother is so independent and it is so hard for her to let me help her.
