    true....have danced since I was on American Bandstand back in the 50's, and have not stopped yet.

    Ok ladies here goes...............It was back in the 50's......Bob Horn started Bandstand....it was held in the TV Studio in Philadelphia.......I lived in Philly then.........we would go after school....and it was on TV......there were regulars who knew they would get in everyday....and then people who were just picked out of the line to go in.......It was fun being a regular...................we would leave school as soon as it was over, .go to 46th and Market to the studio everyday............Bob Horn the guy who ran the whole thing, got mixed up in some Payola scandal, and was let go........eventually Dick Clark took over, and the rest is history...........fond memories..............

    But I started dancing at 4 years old....dancing school till I was 10......my mother insisted....I hated it......but I guess that is where I got my ability to dance..........so that is my story, and I am sticking with it......LOL

    Next person had a great dinner yesterday.

    Yes I met quite a few.........Bobby Rydell, Franklie Avalon, Fabian, Bill Haley and the Comets......and a few more.........lots of fun memories...........

    No, but made bean soup with the left over ham from my daughter's.......does that count....

    Next person ate too much yesterday.....

    Scooter.....it was and that was a long time ago.............but it is nice to have had the experience........but love dancing......someone asked which kind.......I can do them all.....even the ones my grandachildren do today..........they are such fun...............

    'bump' means you go to a thread, type 'bump' and submit. That way it will go to the top of the active topics list & somebody who is looking for it will have a better chance of finding it.
