YES! Got up at 5:00 am to take DH to the hospital for minor surgery. Then spent the rest of the day getting ready to head out to Knoxville, TN to see our daughter and her family.

Ouch, Ducky, that stings! I can't control our weather, not that I'd want to today. On a rare occasion we get hail, once there was a dusting of snow on the playground at the school where I was working). Am actually an east coast transplant, parents kept snow shovel as a reminder of the old days. Left it behind when we moved them closer to me in July

DH had gall bladder surgery and is doing well. He was raring to go this morning! Thank you ladies for the safe travel wishes and same to anyone else who is traveling during this time.
