The next person has gotten their exercise quota for the day. (We just returned from riding our bikes for almost an hour: yeah!! I've lost the five pounds that I 'found' thru the holidays etc...... Many more miles to go............. LOL)

No, I haven't. I'm feeling under the weather today - even stayed home from work. Just a bad cold. So, did do some things around here - (not a sitter even when sick) but didn't do the treadmill. Thought I'd lay lower today.

I don't play Suduko, I do crossword puzzles - actually any type of mind gymnastics is very good at keeping what's left up there operating better and longer. And can't we all use that!
Yes, I am giving chocolates for V-day...we're meeting some friends for dinner and I have a small heart shaped box of chocolates and a card for each friend.
