True, try just a little a day, until that becomes part of your day.  Then add some.  I for sure know it is hard - huge couch potato here, but now I bike 30 minutes a day.  You can do it.

Let's do it Deb........exercise is good for the body and the soul.  It always "lifts me up" and I never regret that I've done it.  So.......go for it.  You won't be disappointed.

The next person learned to play an instrument late in life.  I did.  I played violin for 8 years as a youngster........and always wanted to learn to play the piano.  So, at age 38 I made it a reality and took lessons for 2 years.  I can play enough to enjoy it and it sounds pretty.  I love it.
