-
True, Footie, True.
I love the leftovers of New Year's promise and potential. I nibble on the leftovers of new possibilities. I languish in the leftovers of starting fresh and beginning again. I gnaw on the prospect of hope in these new days. I gnosh on the goodwill extended by so many. I wrap my heart around the friendships established here. I chow down on the joy at the thought of science making progress in this new year. I devour the hope of this season -- over and over again.

Here's some encouragement marejo - YOU CAN LOSE THE WEIGHT, get rid of the bad stuff and before you put that cookie or cake or potato chip or whatever into your mouth, ask yourself if your health is worth it? Because all the sugary fatty foods out there are toxic for us and why would we want to do that to ourselves? Eat for your health and the weight will melt off while you're not looking!
