I'm not sure what category this belongs in...but does anyone have any information on a class action lawsuit for women who developed breast cancer after taking Prempro?

I saw a little blurb in the newspaper awhile ago and forgot to save it.  On searching the internet I find mostly attorneys who want you to "sign up" with them.  I don't want to do that without knowing more about it.

I'm certainly not out to try to grab some easy money!!  But it has always bugged me a little that I never wanted to take hormones for menopause -- I had NO problems with menopause whatsoever, but my GYN assured me that Prempro had wonderful benefits for the heart, bones, etc.  So I took it for a couple of years before the big backlash occurred and we learned it wasn't a wonder drug after all.  Then in 2005 I developed breast cancer. 

I have no idea if the Prempro caused my BC or not -- but I am interested in learning more about the link between the two and possibly joining into the lawsuit.

Thank you in advance if anyone has any info.  This website has been so helpful to me throughout my breast cancer "journey."
