Odd question about periods

I had a bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction on 1/21.  My first post-surgery period is due this weekend and it got me thinking about what future periods will do to my chest.

My breasts used to swell and be very tender right before my period.  I'm guessing those days are gone?  

Any BTDT ladies have an answer?

    I did not have a bilateral mast, but I used to get some breast pain around my periods.  I do not have any discomfort on my mast side now since the breast was removed.  Of course it is hard to say if that is because there is not enough breast tissue left to matter OR if it is because of the lost sensation.  I would suspect that everyone's experience would be a bit different but would predict that you would not experience very much tenderness anymore.
