    Thanks Ann for sending me over here.  To be honest, I have not yet been clinically diagnosed.  My surgeon took one look at me and said I had IBC and we had to act fast. He did a biopsy and punch test five minutes later.  Said he would know my treatment plan when I see him on Thursday.  Wow, that is fast. My husband left that morning before I spoke to the surgeon and is out of touch until he returns on Monday, but I have been mostly calm (had a few crying episodes) since I got the news but that dam will probably break when I tell my husband. I know what to expect from the research I have done and found this site very informative. Thank you for sharing  your experiences. I know what I have to do for myself but how to I help my family deal with this diagnosis.
