I used one step at a time for worrying. At one point they suspected I had ovarian cancer and I just decided to concentrate on getting thru the operation before worrying about cancer. It worked, and it wasn't cancer.

i just kept counting...one chemo down....two chemos down, only 6 to go! 10 rads down, only 25 to go etc. etc. I also had a tendency to see things from outside myself, as if it were happening to someone else. That worked for me during tests and scans. So weird how it all comes back.

Our campground has a FB page for pics and sharing and some people are still going down. One posted this pic earlier today. Can't feel how bleepin cold it is, but isn't this gorgeous? This was from a boat just outside Sea Isle, NJ

Barbe, she was on a moving boat! Her hub is an avid fisherman and striper are still around.

Marle your nephew is probably here AT this resort this weekend it really filled up. Met a lot of families from Columbia and Guatamala

I love the countries we have visited in Central America. Just need to improve my Spanish.

Barbe I have lost about 10 lbs but still need to loose a lot more just find it very hard. 😝

Today we drove inland to see the volcano and national park. DH is not having as much luck birding here as in Costa Rica. We also plan to venture over the boarder into Guatamala on Tues.
