Hmmmmmmm. Not sure if you'll get Sharon into that one.
She may just stick with #32.
But you may certainly pick me up.

Headed to my bunk bed away from home. LOL
Thanks for the company tonight, beachies.
Edit: Oh dear. Her machine has a pop up blocker
How will I get a picture on here?
Now I will be able to go to sleep..... or at least pretend to. LOL

Peaceful Thoughts before our big party
-
Wingaersheek Beach in Gloucester MA is beautiful. I loved jumping off these rocks.
-
Looks like a fantastic place
-
Im not sure where but I think its Greece.
coonie thanks for my award how did you know I looked that perfect.
Deb... I would like very much to jump off these rocks.
Thanks Beachies for the beautiful fun filled night.
And now I go back to my reality place to NY where the temperatures kept falling.
-
Twelve pages to go to get our preparations in order.
I will volunteer to take care of the breakfast buffet..... as I think will be an easier preparation than the luau later that evening.
I will practise a bit between now and then.
How's this menu?
And this is one arrangement for the tables.
Just trying to get a plan for the space:
Here's another idea I'm considering:
-
Good Morning & BEACH EXPLOSION to you ALL!!! My goodness!!!!
I couldn't keep my eyes open last night & kept falling asleep. Must of been the Sauce I was test tasting!!!! Yes Beachy Babes I hit the sauce last night!!!!! Hahahahaha! Long story....LOL!!!! I used to waitress in a Japanese Korean restaurant. Well the owners son has posted some of the recipes on facebook & I have been SALIVATING to make the Oriental Sauce they used for several dishes they used to make!!! So I trotted off to the Wine & Spirit store to get the SAKE!!!! Went in & asked where it might be as I haven't bought any "Hair of the Dog" products in over 20 years!!!! I am such a LUSH! LOL!!! So after a Mix of Much Sake, Soy Sauce, Ginger, Sugar & a Whole lot of cooking & Taste Testing! HICK UP!!!
I was plum tuckered out & a teensy weensy tipsy!!!
Spsssst!!! All I have to do is smell alcohol & I Giggle!!! (Such a Cheap Date I am)!!! LOL!!! It was Delish & Just like I remembered it!!!! Got my rice all cooked & cold! I am so ready to make the fried rice for tonight!!!
Anyway....You All had a Blast last Night! I can't wait for the Fun to Begin!!!! You all got 2 pages in just last night...Girls at that rate We Can Party Next Weekend....Except I am gonna be MIA as I will be working 5 nights straight starting Tuesday!!!! I will be a Walking Zombie!!! I will try & dip my toes in from time to time! But we will have to see!!!

-
Don't forget the desert.
-
Photo cred: Madeline Logan-Davis
Do we need just flower arrangments or beauty of the beach with wild flowers or both?
Edited by Mods to add credentials for photography.
-
Okay this is the last one ladies.
-
how about the entrance to our party. I know I know I said wasnt going to post any more pictures. But it is so beautiful there. I think this picture was too large. Sorry
-
-
Yes. Sheila, it will be a huge contribution if you could take up the decorations. Julz is truly a mastermind at finding the views, tho I know she appreciates all additions in that realm.
Now that it's been designated your committee you can do as you wish...... we will all pitch in to help with ideas and muscle, but you may design the theme for the 500 page party.
Tiki torches & grass skirts or black tie formal with flip flops..... you can set the tone.
Lisa and Mum are great to contribute the wildlife safari.
Sharon's already got the seafood buffet organized.
Coonie usually tends to deal with the fashion aspects of such events -- so you may need to consult with her.
Elaine will have prosaic words of flair and maybe we'll even get Dream to pop in with an addition in that department.
Konacat will be lured in only if there are scantily clothed men.
Footie likes the wild look in her men, too, BTW.
Katybug, where are you?? And ead??? And Hands2????
Celia might just be willing to pop back thru if we have exceptional art as a portion of the event.
Same thing about Wing-girl but she'll want light houses.
Ditto for Spar, but we'll need fascinating crafts to get her back in the splash.
nEEsie would want to join in if there were a commedian on the roster.
Wouldn't be awesome if we saw Curliques come make a big splash?? Maybe if we all wish really hard we could persuade her..... and Saint, too while we're at it.
Deboraye will always be counted on for smiley faces.
Mary Lou and LUV might be tracked down thru FB.... well and let's get Checkum to pop thru while we're at it.... and HollyAnn was just here recently so we could send her an invite.
There have been so many who have stayed for a brief diversion. It would be so awesome to have them pop in just to let us know how they are doing.
In the meantime..... think amazing thoughts
A to Z and Z to A. Wishing you well!!
-
just practicing
-
Sheila, yep, you've got it!! Great flip flop pic.
-
Julz, our view here today is very white but not white sand.
-
The welcome committee is also practising.
-
I personally would vote for a sunny day, but this effect could be the page before or after:
-
With 500 as a central portion of the celebration, it would be easy to throw in some racing references.
That would add to the backdrop.
-
I'd rather shovel sand than snow.
-
Of course!! There has to be a sand castle exposition:
