    Great Gobble Gobble on the Beach!!!!

    This is my last night off of 6 ..... Then I am on for 4 nights straight! It's just gonna be DH cooking with our 4 boys, DIL, 1 Girlfriend & Of course My Grandyson!!! Just 9 this year! I think this is the first year we have not had at least 20 at the table in Over 25 years. I will make all the pre stuff tomorrow. Home made Apple & Pumpkin Pie, Pineapple pudding, Sweet Potato Pie, Corn Pudding! Except this year I don't have to double or triple the recipes! 

    Thank You for the Great Beachy Turkey Sharon!!!!

    Faith....I am so Glad last Night was so much fun!!!! Best of All Your Mimi was able to partake in Person!  Saint of Miracles is All you can say!!! Truly Amazing!  It would be a Wonderful Blessing for her to make it home for Thanksgiving!

    The rest of our Beachy Girls must be busy preparing for the Feast!

    I leave on Monday for a quick hop to MI -- attempting to get that organized ahead of the turkey fun.

    (Of course I still haven't unpacked from WashDC..... so perhaps that's on the agenda, too.)

    I'm safe & sound in MI.

    Tucked into my room for the night.

    Must get myself organized, now! LOL.

    I had lunch with our 'ol beachie friend nEEsie and we had a meaningful lunch. You may remember that her husband passed away last month -- so it was especially good to be able to catch up. Send up an extra prayer for her, as she continues to adjust to his absence.

    I'll get the picture downloaded at some point.

    It seems sometimes there's lots of traffic & company here -- and then at other times theres some solitude. Welcome.

    (I have a thing about polka dots...... AND black & white. So the very best for you.)

    The welcome is so sincere. Our neighbors next door had a little pip named Katy and we always called her Katybugg. Many years back.  So your arrival here makes me remember all sorts of great times back in the day.

    Mum. That would be my guess, but I have no idea.

    I just put "beach" into photobucket & that's what popped up.

    Let's have a scavenger hunt and see if we can find it.

    (BTW: when I put "hunk" in the search that's who showed up -- Mr. Bonfire. LOL)
