Happy beachie Thursday to one and all.
Big hugs up & down the beach.
Now I'm "running" out the door...... LOL (I never 'run' anywhere, but must get the show on the road: LITERALLY!! More laughing.)
Hopefully I'll have internet in my room.
Last night I deleted over a thousand picture & my laptop is slightly happier. Will keep purging all of the 'nonsense.' Hopefully that will help.
Cross my fingers that I'll have internet in my room.
Gentle hugs to any & all in need.

Everyone's away somewhere havin' a good time, I hope.
I have made it safely back home... to my house!
Five programs in three days, with all the driving -- when I don't know where I'm going is a lot.
WHEW. I'm glad to have it all in the rear view mirror.
Safe & sound.
Now to shift all gears and all attention to the wedding.
Small, intimate, family affair. To be held at the gazebo on Oct. 4th.
What is that? Six weeks away??
On the drive home I spoke to each daughter, my sister, and my mom -- all regarding the 4th.
That's more phone time than I spend in a month.
Exciting.
The details are coming together.
The kids have created a wedding website.
wowowow.
Hope to see some of you tomorrow.
I know Coonie's headed to the 'real' beach. Coonie, I'm sending you some of my travel angels.
Big hugs to one-and-all.

Anyone else who might need a little Monday morning jump-start. -
Out there trying my hand at body surging, figured the bigger the body the easier to surf. That is so not true. I sunk. Saying hi to all and have a great day.
-
Oh gosh Spar, wouldn't I love to be in that water. I can almost hear the waves! Hotter than blazes here today. Summer has finally arrived.

Hi Mary Lou, hope all is well with you.

Such a day to be at the Shore. Hot, humid, hazy...yup a beach day.
-
Awwhhh I wish you were here too Mum. It's so beautiful.
SoCalLisa is the luckiest sister I know to be able to wake up every day in such a beautiful.....awwwhh I can't get enough of the sun, sand, cool sea breeze...and the list goes on and on......how 'bout some beach games?
Hey Marylou. It's good to see you running through!
-
Coonie..you are right, I just love Southern California Beaches..especially those in San Diego...
it is a joy to live here..
-
BTW our San Diego BCO lunch bunch is meeting in La Jolla Sunday August 30th at noon..any chance you can make it Coonie??
-
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm? what are they doing?????
Seriously??
I have no idea?
but it sure looks fun. LOL
I got to take another yoga class today. GUESS what??? The instructor is a 7 yr survivor of BC.
I spoke to her afterward of my 'limitations' and my joint pain issues. When she guess AI right off the bat I wondered. She's 62 and built like a professional athlete.
Then I just opened a FB message, and a friend I went to elementary school with has JUST been dx w/BC and is having surgery a week from tomorrow.
Is the beast literally everywhere??? Geesh.
I spent the rest of the day on the phone with a series of caterers, restaurants, tent-renters -- well you name it. Approx 87 conversations, or so it seemed like.
Coonie, please go soak up some more beach for me, PLEASE?????
Mary Lou so great to see you pop in.
Tomorrow I'm taking an all day fabric painting & dying workshop. I'm excited about that.
xx00xx00xx00xx
Hope I can make it back at the end of tomorrow.
-
