-
-
Checkum, I'll be praying for you throughout the day that your surgery is smooth and successful and that your recovery is quick and as pain free as possible. Gentle hugs.
-
-
Looking for treasures will help pass the time.
-
Good Morning Beachy Babes.....Fantastic Frolicking on the Beach Haven this Morn.....
First of All......Dear Checkum.....
I'm Praying that the Ugliness of Cancer be set free from your body today....
In it's place a Beautiful Sweet Freedoms Glow to shine within YOU from this
Day Forward for Always....
-
I'm off for a ride. Bbl.
-
I am sooo sleepy having trouble keeping my eyes open to finish Posting to YOU ALL
So I will Just Wave & come back when I am better rested..........
.....This looks about right....
In 8 hours.....So I bid Adios to Faith, Jazz, Spar, Coonie, Foots, Sharon, Dream....And thinking
of Checkum with BIG Wishes of SMOOTH SAILING & Very Gentle Hugs!
-
Thinking of you Checkum. I'm not sure what the actual time-frame/agenda is for the day.
Know that I'm thinking of bright 'Checkers" and wishing you well:
-
Hope, I got my yarn. As soon as these arm wraps come off I'm going to get at it. I'm quite excited to get started.
-
Checkin' in on Checkum........... any word anywhere??
xx00xx00xx00xx00xx00xx00xx
-
Nope. I will leave a light on tonight just in case.
-
-
I've got my little "Hope" puppy here to keep me company while we wait.
-
Sharon, can't wait to see your squares but no hurry. It should be fun. Was Checkum or her dh going to call anyone or let anyone know how things went?
-
Not that I'm aware of Hope. I could call but ...... don't like to today. She should be home tomorrow........I hope. If we don't hear in a day or two I will call.
-
Hope, I've found my needles, I've got the stitches off the internet I'm going to do seed or double seed. Just hope I have the right wool (yarn) and the right needles. I am loving the fact that someone will be wrapped partly in my squares.
-
Sharon, please don't use wool. That won't work. I can send you some yarn to use. I'll get it in the mail tomorrow.
-
No no no Hope.........I've got Wallymart yarn!!! It's the Red Heart like I think you mentioned.
worsted medium 100% acrylic.
-
I used the term "wool" very loosely. So sorry
-
Oooohh! That will work perfectly! If anyone else wants to make squares but can't find the yarn, I have a whole roomful of yarn that I would be happy to send. It would be a blessing to get rid of some of this.
-
I think its a cultural thing like soda versus pop. In the south, we call all soda pop, Coke. Even if we want a dr. pepper, we'll ask our coworkers if they want us to get them a coke while we going to the machines and then if they say 'yes' we ask what kind they want. Crazy, huh?
-
Hope, when I need more yarn I'll just come and pick it up myself. Kidding.!!!!!!!!
-
These are NOT my hips..........I wish.
-
-
Just talked to Checkum's hubby.......she is through surgery. And doing ok. All went the way it was supposed to.
-
Thank you Shaorn...good to hear
-
Just back from date-time Thursday. Late afternoon movie date.
Everybody have a great day??
-
That's wonderful news! Thanks for letting us know, Sharon.
-
Ooooooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Goooooooooooooooooood news!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for the update, Sharon. So glad you've spoken to the hubby.
Let the healing begin.
