    Hey, roxy,

I'm a big believer in "everything in moderation." I have cut back on dairy, more for calories than cancer prevention. And I've tried to increase my dark green veggies. But I eat meat of all kinds, tofu when I want to (not very often), and alcohol almost nightly (fewer drinks than I did a few years ago.)

And, I get enough sleep and plenty of exercise, take odds and ends of supplements and drink almost enough water.

I think cancer prevention is multi-faceted. You need to do all parts necessary. diet alone won't cut it. Hell, even doing everything "right" is no guarantee, but it won't hurt.

Try for complex carbs rather than simple sugars, to keep your insulin levels stable.

I hope you can find the balance you need to stay healthy.

    Anne
