Pray for Eddie

Good morning,
I am asking all prayer warriors out there to lift my dh Eddie up in prayer for health. He is a 19 month survivor of brain cancer, had seizures through the night (which was our first clue that he had the brain tumor). He does have a seizure disorder and is on megadrugs to control seizures, but it is still difficult not to worry that his tumor might be back. He usually only has one seizure and the emergency med stabilizes him. This time he had 3 seizures before I got him controlled. He had a grade 4 glioblastoma with 50-50 chance of surviving 1 year and 1 in 4 odds of making it 2 years. Too much info can get in the way of Faith sometimes, can't it? Please pray for our family.
Thanks so much, Paula in WV

Prayers for Eddie and for you Paula.

Paula and Eddie..... know that I am contributing prayers on your behalf. Asking for strength as you face the unknown. Asking for brilliance from your medical team to continue to intervene with the latest miracle that's available. Asking for comfort for your wrangled nerves. Asking for trust in this delicate cycle of life that we dance.
May you say all of the important things to each other and add new memories to treasure as you go about this phase of your journey.

Dear Paula,
Just want you to know that you , Eddie and your family are in my prayers. Faith said it so brilliantly. Keep the faith and try to stay positive. You have all of us if you need anything. Regards, Peggy

Just wanted to thank you all for your prayers. My dh bounced back from his bout of seizures. We see the oncologist (we share the same doc) in a couple of weeks and should have another MRI soon after.

Hugs to you and your husband, Paula. Please know that a co-worker of mine's husband also had a tumor such as your husband (don't know if it is exactly the same thing), and he was given 2 years. He's still with us, and it's been six!!! Yes, it's hard, but keep the faith!
