    I've read many good things about Cod Liver Oil, but a couple of warnings as well......

    What has everyone here heard? Have you spoken to your doctor about taking it? How many of you take it?  Any particular brands recommended?

    Hi Theresa,

    I take Carlson's Lemon Flavored Cod Liver Oil.....I don't speak to doctors with the exception of my Daughter-in-Law who is a Radiologist and we do NOT discuss medical issues anymore since I chose natural healing!!  Dr. Mercola's site has good information on it.
