HI Everyone

it just hit me Sunday like a ton of bricks - lethargy and sadness. Maybe it is due to the lack of sunshine on the west coast or the fact that Christmas is over and everything is back to "normal" and i am feeling so directionless and sad. my trainer says that it is likely the result of the months of uncertainty of the uterine biopsy and D & C and i am still recovering. whatever.... i really don't like feeling this way.



sheesh i am whining!

Oh, yeah!  Jan is such a let down.  but I'm sure you know that getting out in the sun, even cold sun is a good thing.

also, if it continues, ck out antidepressants.  Better living thru chemistry!
