Just feel like venting a little. Had left mastectomy with tram flap 2 weeks ago today. Can you belive I still have not heard from my surgeon about pathology report. I guess part is my fault. In the beginning I didn't care because I just wanted to feel better and get through the holidays but now I am very curious. I guess it's just a crazy time of year but numerous calls to my surgeon and no answer for the last 2 days. Maybe he is on vacation...I don't know. I think people think I'm crazy when they ask about path and I say I don't know yet. Weird I guess. I feel a little better now. Thanks for listening.

I would be climbing the walls! Patience is not one of my strengths...especially when it comes to something as serious as this. I feel bad you have to deal with this added stress. I'm sure that the holidays would play a role here, but come on...

Knowing me...I would call and ask to speak to the Dr. and explain to him how worried you are. Sometimes Dr's have to be reminded that this type of thing ISN'T routine for the patient! Good luck...keep us posted. Hope you're feeling better every day.

 I hope you have the results by now! I had my mast 12/21. My surgeon called me on 12/26 with my results. My primary physician was also faxed results. Maybe you can look there!
