    Hi,

I have read over and over that mushrooms are a recommended breast cancer fighting food.  However, many migraine sufferers are allergic to fungus or to any foods that may have mold on them, for example, nuts.  I usually have a migraine attack after eating mushrooms and sometimes nuts such as cashews. The migraine is usually associated with indigestion, burping etc

Candida is a natural organism that lives in the gut.  Most people with cancer are supposed to have an imbalance of this intestinal flora/fungus??  An imbalance is when it grows out of control and causes health problems. It is supposed to be triggered by eating certain foods eg. sugar.  We know that cancer sufferers should avoid eating sugar because sugar feeds cancer.  Mushrooms are also supposed to be a food to avoid if you have candida problems because they apparently trigger excessive growth too.

Does anyone have any info on breast cancer, candida and mushrooms?  I would be grateful.

    Thank you.

    Love and blessings.
