New Study RE: Who really needs chemo

Did anyone notice in this latest article with study results about who benefits from chemo and who doesn't?  It talked about hormone positive breast cancer doesn't and HER-2 positive does.  Point being they didn't even mention triple negative at all.  What gives?

    The other receptor have maintance drugs after surgery triple negs does not. Chemo Only

    Slanderson -

    Yeah, the lack of focus on trip negs is frustrating.  Believe me, I share your frustration.  At one point, I sent a very detailed e-mail about my trip neg bc (in a nice, informative way) to well-meaning friends and family who were sending me various articles on new improvements for bc (hormone receptor pos of course), letting them know that did not apply to me.

    As one who had my first bout of bc in 9/04 (and more recently 12/05 and then 7/07), I have to say that there is so much more on triple negs now than just 3 years ago ...

    Equal?  No.  But at least it's improving.

    I saw a full copy of that study..not sure where..and it did say that triple negs benefited from Taxol.
