I bought the Nordak? Now I wish I would have bought Al carter's. I wanted a softer bounce and most recently read about the lympholine at lymphforlife.com Maybe this one is even better.



I wonder if it's ok if there is lymphatic obstruction in the lungs? I've asked this question before but did not get an answer. > (Not here, on a rebounding site).

I've read that rebounding was good for people with lung problems.  COPD, and such, but the Dr. said he read that back in the 60's or 70's and there wasn't any follow-up to the research that they did back then.  That's all I know about it.
