Please look into Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy(HBOT) I had severe Radiation Fibrosis. Tight, TIGHT, TIGHT! !!. My skin was just like boot leather, thick and woody. Was miserable, tried PT, stretching every day to no avail. Got fat grafting and HBOT and now my skin is nearly normal. I also use Oral Pentoxifylline/Vitamin E and a specially Compounded Prescription Pentoxifylline 5%/Vitamin E 1% Cream .
