Edema caused by chemo/IBC

I am in the midst of using chemo to halt the rashes of 4th stage IBC. In past I refused using only radiation and alternative haelth. But the metasis went wild on skin and in left rib bone. So I need to find out if there is any info on the swelling increased by water retention. So far I see no improvement on surface. Any input would help me. This is my sixth year fighting this disease.

    Hi:

    don't know if i'm of any help, but if your getting Taxotere that definitely makes you retain fluid. What type of rash is it? I also have had IBC just finished my radiation about 3 weeks ago.
