Hello everyone!

I would like to invite you to come to Making Strides Against Breast Cancer on October 14 at the Bellevue Downtown Park in Bellevue, WA.  The fun starts at 8:00am and will continue until noon.

Please come visit the survivor tent and celebrate survivorship!  There will be displays - information on nutrition, massage, look good, feel better make overs and more!

We would really love to see you there!  Look for me and introduce yourself!

Hi Tracy,

I can't make the Oct. 14 Strides, but I will be with you in spirit! I've been a Relay for Life participant for seven years, co-captain of our team the past couple years, and I was diagnosed  with b/c in July 06 just a couple weeks after our 06 TRIO Relay in Maple Valley. The Relay Chair is a good friend of mine and I gave the Survivor speech at the Luminary ceremony at our Relay this past June. Luckily (for me) is was raining and I was under plastic and I couldn't see my buddies during the speech or I would have lost it!!... I saw your post on the RockTober board about giving a speech at the Strides event -- you will do FINE!! I had like two days to prepare...

I'm planning to attend the Komen Survivor lunch at the Seattle Sheraton on Oct. 27 ... will you be there? Any other Seattle-area women coming?
