Friend who has 2nd time breast cancer in the UK

Hi, I am hoping I can get some direction and treatment options for my friend who lives in the UK.  I am also a Stage 4 survivor but live in america and don't know what if the same treatment options are available in England.

She had breast cancer and had a lumpectomy 4 years ago.  Now she has another cancerous lump.

I am wondering if you lady can give me your treatment cocktails and any advice so I can send it to her.

    I live in the UK and have have had FEC for bc four years ago. I have also had Taxotere for a recurrence two years ago and am now on Herceptin and Capcitabine.

    Treatment is free here so it won't matter if your friend has no insurance, she will get the best treatment there is at her hospital.
