Took a zumba class tonight with some friends at a gym that one of them belongs to. It was really fun!  Latin dancing with other stuff thrown in.

    i am glad i saw this. the gym i attend will be starting a zumba class at the end of the month. i was wondering what the heck it was. have you been back? do you still like it? will diffently give it a whirl!!

    I'm thinking of learning to teach zumba where I work and have been looking to train in it. The YMCAs in my area all have zumba classes. I love Latin dance....and 'other stuff' too Wink But tell me.....did you feel that you got a good cardio workout or was it more toning/sculpting?
