Looking for brain mets survirvors

Would Love to hear stories from long term brain mets survivors!

Guess, I'm getting nervous for my next 9-20 brain MRI.  Had WBR and SRS back in March.  So far seems like it worked; but just waiting after brain MRIs is still the hardest!

    Dear Shepgirl,

I've seen so many of your posts and the fortitude and grace with which you handle yourself in spite of trying circumstances.

So... a note to say I'm pulling for you, and hope they get the results to you this time around sooner than latter and that all will be stable.

    Respectfully,

    Tender

    Shepgirl,

I hope and pray that your results are good.

If I may be so bold as to get away from the purpose of your post for just a second......

I am so worried about Lisa40. Sorry if girls are reading this over and over. Her last post about her recent results on her brain mets were not good and I haven't seen her since. Do you have any real contact info for her? I know you been on this website awhile.

Anyway, I know you must be nervous and I sincerely apologize if I added to that by talking about Lisa. It's weird....you see all the posts and then some pictures/faces and it's like we really know each other. I'm just worried is all and I thought you might have another way to contact her and find out how she is.

    God Bless You Shepgirl.

Dear Shepgirl,  I know they are out there just living their lives and not hanging around the computer.  I've got an idea...lets stick around for a long time so we can comfort  the next group of gals for being 20* survivors.  One day at a time and I have a good feeling about your scan. Hang in there. Lisa

    Hi Kathy,

Scans are the worst part of this, but hang on in there. I'm thinking of you as time gets nearer - you'll do great!

    Hugs,

    Katie xx

Hi Shepgirl (I like the sound of that, otherwise I would say "hi Kathy" ;)  ),

I am thinking about you a lot and how much strenght you give everybody with your research.

    You are in my prayers.

    God Bless
