Hello.  I've mainly posted in the "not diagnosed but worried" forum until now.  I had TAH/BSO nearly 7 weeks ago.  Prior to that I was having pain in my breasts and had a swollen lymph node under my left arm.  At the time, my mammo had been declared "fine", and going ahead with the hyster was more important because of the risk of ovca (family history, ovarian mass, elevated CA125).  Surgery went fine, benign, endometriosis.  The lump under my left arm went away, but the nodes above my collar bone are enlarged.  The pain has increased, and includes a burning feeling, stabbing pains, and pains shooting towards the nipple.  US was done after prodding my primary and obgyn (also family history of bc).  The report says the nodes are enlarged but benign and I have a dilated duct with debris.  MRI was done yesterday but has to be repeated because the IV came out.  It is scheduled for next week.  My breasts are pinkish, look like I have vericose veins running over them, and not really dimpled, more like I have needle pricks all over them.  I had blood work done a few weeks ago because of suspicion of an autoimmune disease.  My hsCRP was 27.2 and sed rate was 29.  I'm seeing a rheumatologist in October (soonest my primary could get me in to see someone).  I'm curious if these blood tests would be elevated with IBC? Everything else was negative/normal.

I am seeing a breast surgeon.  He ordered the MRI and said I'd need to see him every 6 months because of my family history and present symptoms.  He said everything felt and looked normal.

Does anyone here have any information on doctors in the Omaha area who would know more about IBC?
