"Positive" DCIS/ triple neg IDC

I wonder whether I can find anyone with the similar situation as me. I was diagnosed with DCIS. A lumpectomy was performed and 2 mm of IDC was discovered. my DCIS is strongly ER/PR positive. But my IDC was classified as triple negative. A reviewing pathologist suggested that it is possible that they could not see ER/PR markers since the IDC was rather small.
Has anyone had anything similar ? I am going for a mastectomy tomorrow as they could not get clean margins. Then there would be a question of Tamoxifen. One oncologist said to take it as DCIS is "positive", and another said not to take it as Tamoxifen is most effective at preventing IDC and as mine was 3 neg, it would not work.

They will double check your breast tissue after surgery. Mine went from Her2 to triple negative when they double checked. But I have had 6 biopsy done. (long story) This because they thought I had two kinds of bc at the same time. Also go to another cancer center after surgery for a 2nd oppinon and they will re-read you tumor slides.

    Best wishes

There is no IDC left (hopefully) after lumpectomy. So after mastectomy they would only have DCIS tissue.
