Two years ago today...

...was my final chemo infusion. I've been having a few bad hair days lately as I await my hairdresser appointment and woke up today with a very clear memory of how it was to be completely bald. Watched 'Crazy Sexy Cancer' last night and just sank into Melissa's baldness and memories of the cold, stiff feel of that chemo chair (thought the film was totally awesome BTW!). So today I am overwhelmingly grateful....because it's TODAY!!!

Actully one year ago today I got the call at work from the bs telling me I had cancer. Funny how things turn out.

Dear Marin,

Congratulations!!! It was one year ago that I was finishing up my chemo. My hair has grown back curly. Very strange. It wasn't curly before at all. It is a bit weird but I like it. I am just happy that I have hair!!!
