Hi all!

I was wondering if any of you have tried DIM and, if so, what has your experience been?

I am taking it with my Breast Health supplement ...I have not had any problems with it at all. It was recommended to me by a 15 yr survivor along with miatake supplements, Co-Q10, etc.

Pardon a foolish question, but what is DIM? What is it used for?

It's diindolylmethane. It is supposed to help with estrogen metablism, converting the "bad" or strong estrogens into weaker, less harmful estrogens. Some say that it is has potential as bc prevention and treatment.

I also use it with no problems. I use 200 mg/daily because I am also on Femara so I don't think I need as much as I would if I weren't already taking an "anti-estrogen". Best wishes!
