I have to tell you my funny. I have been having some weird sensations with my lungs lately and have been pushing to get a chest xray.
As I was on the phone with the PS's nurse, I told her in exasperation, "Bottom line is that I am afraid I am dealing with mets to my lungs," and she very matter-of-factly said, "Oh, the mammo would show that," and I said, "Really?!?!" and she said, "Oh yeah, the mammo would tell us if the implant has meshed to your lungs!" HA!

Like I said, funny but not so funny.

Deb, just proves that a little knowledge is a dangerous thing!

Sometimes I think people who answer phones just make things up as they go along....That is why, when I get someone on the phone who is really helpful and on the ball, I tell them so right away and thank them.

Don't know what I would have said to that nurse tho!!!

I would have said 'HUH?' and then asked to talk to someone else!!! I'll bet the Dr. would be impressed!! Wonder if she ever took an anatomy course???

I totally said just that...."WHA?" Then I stammered a bit because I just didn't even know what to say. That was one of those, "I'm not even going to justify that with a response" kind of things!
