This is a really enjoyable and enlightening video with Jeffrey Steingarten the Food critic for Vogue magazine and several really good books for the foodie----Just don't watch it on a Saturday or Sunday Morning or you are going to have an overwhelming urge to head to Chinatown for Dim Sum!
