I saw a clip of this documentary on TLC- it will air on that channel on August 29th. Not specifically dealing with bc, but very intriguing, by a woman who was diagnosed at the age of 31.

A Celebration of Life
Crazy Sexy Cancer is the first film acquired for TLC Life Lens and will make its debut at the prestigious South By Southwest Film Festival on March 11th. It is an irreverent and uplifting documentary about a young woman looking for a cure and finding her life.
On Valentines Day in 2003, 31-year-old Kris Carr was diagnosed with a rare and incurable cancer. Weeks later, she began filming her story. Taking a seemingly tragic situation and turning it into a creative expression, Kris shares her wild, inspirational journey with exuberance, humor and sass.
Kris Carr is an award-winning actress, a photographer and writer. Crazy Sexy Cancer is her first feature-length documentary. As an actress, Kris has worked both on and off Broadway, in film, television and dozens of commercials. In 2006, Kris and her husband, Brian Fassett, founded the production company Red House Pictures. Kris is the author of Crazy Sexy Cancer Tips a book offering advice from the trenches. This practical and funny survival guide will be published in the fall of 2007.
Crazy Sexy Cancer will make its network debut on TLC in August 2007. Check back in with us in July to learn even more about Kris and to get a sneak peek!

This show looks incredible! I keep seeing the commercials and I can't wait to watch it.

I recently bought the book Crazy Sexy Cancer Tips, which corresponds with the documentary. Several women are profiled, including a few with breast cancer. The book has an exuberant feel. I recommend it!
