Mastectomies & upper back pain?

I am curious if anyone here that has had *both* breast removed has had upper back pain? When I was 1st DX I had a MRM on the right side. I had NO upper back pain then. Then 13 months later I decided to have a prophylactic mastectomy of the left side. It seems since then I have had lots of PAIN in my upper back. Is that because the balance of my body has been thrown off? Or God forbid I could possible have bone mets? Its been worrying me. It hurts ALOT all the time. I've had a PET/CT not long ago and nothing was seem....but scans do miss things. (Maybe I am sitting different...I just wish it would quit hurting.)
