How can I get Tykerb for stave IV cousin in China?

My cousin is in stage IV, she was diagnosed about 8 years ago. 3 years ago, cancer returned and spread to her bones. Recently, the doctor found out that cancer has spread to her liver. She is going through chemo or radiation treatment right now. Meanwhile, she learned about Tykerb, which may help her improve her life style and hopefully control the cancer cell.

But she is in China. Tykerb is not available in China yet. I contacted GSK and was told that if I have a prescription, they would send it to me. But so far, I don't have much luck. What I can get is her medical record from her doctor, in Chinese. Any suggestions? Any oncologist is willing to look at her medical record and write a prescription? All of my family are back in China and they are devastated, which put me under a lot of pressure. On top of that, I am already feeling guilty since I am healthy.

Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.
