These are 3 items I have read some about helping cancer. Does anyone use any of these?

    Hi Anne,
Do you use melatonin at night, I read that it may be effective if you use a small dose at midday also? Do you use it for cancer treatment or just to sleep?

    Thank

I would be interested in how much flax seeds you take a day. Do you mix the Flax and DIM or take them seperately?

    Hi, Julie

Melatonin should only be taken at night. It may be cancer-inducing if taken during the day. Some researchers believe that people who work nights and sleep during the day are at higher risk of cancer BECAUSE we make melatonin when we sleep and day-sleepers make it during the day. This is considered unnatural as melatonin production is usually turned off by exposure to sunlight.

I use Melatonin at NIGHT only. NEVER use it during the day. I have also read mixed reviews about Tagamet but do admit to using it between finding my lump and surgery. Not sure if it helped or not. If you want more info about Flaxseed oil and cottage cheese, search Johanna Budwig or the Budwig Protocol. Best wishes
