    Shirley,
I have been trying to quit coffee and now I will enjoy my 1 or 2 cups per day!
Thanks for the web site. I didn't knowabout Web MD.

My DH would be delighted if I made "real" coffee. However, I sometimes get tachycardia. Hmmmm...I may just have to make it anyway. I could always drink one cup of regular and one cup of decaf by putting the decaf in a thiingy (can't spell it) and keeping it hot.

Of coure I cant see the viddy, with dial-up.But I have read a lot of good things about coffee.I think it's even good against alzheimer's.I know it lowers cholesteral.
I loved coffee all my adult life.
I had to give it up when I quit smoking (the association thing). And I've been a green tea drinker ever since.Have coffee every now&then at a good restaurant, for a treat.

(Was it the coffee giving me the tachycardia? My doc said it was too much thyroid!)
LOL-when I was young, I ued all the speedy things to get me going in AM: the INEs-caffeine, nicotine....
Since quitting the smokes(and coffee) I'm amazed to find I can wake up totally alert and functional!!Miracle!I always needed a few smokes and 2 HUGE mugs of coffee!
