I live in Northern Indiana but I am not against a central get together. I would just need some time to make sure I do not have to work. email me if and when something is official.

Hi Ladies,
I want us all to get together. I am thinking of having a get together in Noblesville. For maybe a tea/lunch at a place called Ruby Pear. They have a web and you can google them. Very cute too! Is everybody familiar with that area? Let me know! I will be checking back or come over to the Susan G. Komen site and post on the Indiana topic of getting together, but which ever way we will all get together this is going to be cool!
TAlk with you soon,
Sue -

Hey everybody,
I just got word the other day that we are going to have a meet up in Angola, Indiana on October 20-21. They have a really nice Inn there and some are going to bring themselves, hubbies and/or kids! Let me know if that works for you girls as there are approximately six coming from the Komen site too!
I am getting really excited about this!
Love,
Sue -
Angola is great for me. Lived there for 30 years. The Inn at the state park is nice...I will mark Oct 21 on my calendar. If there is any way I can help please let me know. I know live about 20 minutes from Angola.
-
Hey there Nancy,
I think I might have stated the date wrong maybe not, but we are going on October 20th, which is a Saturday and we are all staying at the Inn. Not really sure what we are going to do once we are there, but it should be an awesome experience. And you are so right it is such a beautiful place to visit especially in the fall! Are you going to bring anyone with you? I am bringing my hubby as my two kids are grown and have moved out of the home a few years back.
Talk with you soon,
Sue -
Sue,
October 20 works for me. I am looking forward to meeting everyone. October will be a pretty time. My kids are also grown and have moved out also. They both graduated from Angola High School so a trip back home will be nice for me. Which Komen site do you post on? -
I will work on being there. Hopefully I can bring the new man in my life!
-
Unfortunately, I will not be able to meet all of you at Angola. We will be on our way to North Carolina that weekend. Please let me know if anyone plans another meeting.
Thanks,
Nancy -
Hey Nanci,
Looking forward in meeting you and Sam with her new Man in her life Woohoo!!!!
I post on the sound off site on Komen all over the place and sometimes on the survivorship one too. I love both!
Also, I am on the carepages.com site too. This is a really cool place that you can post a lot of things regarding yourself and personal history with photos. You might want to check it out! my carepages account name is SUEFURRY all caps as this is very sensitive site. Okedoke see you in a little over a month.
Oh, by the way did we all realize at least I did not that we are meeting in the Pink month!!!! I will probably wear my walk shirt to the meet up.... This sounds like so much fun I can hardly stand it. Not for sure if I posted this but here it goes. The inn is having a bonfire in front of the lake on Saturday night.
We are going to have yummy smores and also there is going to be a hayride between 6-7:00 not sure what the cost is but it could not be that unrealistic. The colors are going to be so beautiful then!!!!
Talk with you all soon,
Sue from South Bend -
Sure wish we could have met up, but hey there is always more time to do it in the future! Just because we are doing this one, does not mean we cannot do more!!!!!
Talk with you soon and have fun in North Carolina too!
Love,
Sue -
Perhaps I can make it to a later one. Angola is not good for me.
Doris -
