Prayers for Puppy

I talked to Puppy last night and she was sounding so great on the phone. It is so wonderful to hear good news. She said she can deal with the pain, and I quote, "I spent all that time on Tamoxifen so I will get throught this too". Can't wait for good news reports on everyone!

Puppy, our dear sweet sister is very sick right now, not with BC, but a very contagious disease.  She became ill very quickly.

Her doctors think she has strep throat.  She was very sick yesterday, she couldn't swallow or talk easily, and she has developed lumps under her jaw. This morning she had a membrane across the back of her throat.  We wanted her to go to ER, but her doctor told her not to because she was too contagious.  Today she saw the doctor, and he thought she needed to be hospitalized, but sent her home because she was too much of a threat to other patients.  So he sent her home to recuperate on her own.

Puppy's health has been delicate for many years, and she needs our support and prayers to recover from this very serious and sudden illness.  Please pray for her.
