I haven't been thinking about cancer at all, just going every 3 weeks for my herceptin shot, and dealing with work and triathlon training. Then, last thurs my onc called me telling me my liver function was up "just a teeny bit". Now this happened before when i was doing taxol and herceptin, but they expect it with taxol, not with herceptin. Scares me.

I don't know if anyone else is a Dune (Frank Herbert) freak, but i keep going over the bene gesserit "litany against fear" in my head. Hey, whatever helps...

    Lola,
Liver enzymes can increase after vigorous exercise!
Make sure you tell your onc about your training.
    Good Luck,

Wow! I did not know that. I usually run after my herceptin drip, but last time i ran BEFORE. wonder if that did it?
Thanks for telling me that, I guess I'll stop planning my own funeral...(just a little bad humor...)!

    thanks again, seriously
