Ok, am I the only kook out there that has become addicted to tv shopping? I watched QVC a few months ago for a scrapbooking day and since then have them page marked on my computer. I have my earphone in one ear with one of the networks on while I work or watch tv. I have recently been spoiling myself with beautiful jewelry! I have to stop though! I will break myself if I keep this up! LOL Just curious if I am the only nutty one that likes shopping like this.

Hi LuAnn,
Let me assure you that a multitude of folks (mostly women) are addicted to TV shopping! I worked at a competitor's of QVC and got a discount!!! I could not stop shopping! I can also attest to the huge customer bases these companies have!
For one thing the shows are educational and you learn all about how different stones are mined. Or on a scrapbooking show, you're given lots of ideas for ways to do layouts, etc.
The show hosts are often very likeable and they also draw a large group of followers who feel like they are their 'friend'.
Also, the TV shopping networks buy things in huge quantity and therefore good deals abound.
Happy shopping... you're definitely not alone! -
That is good to hear! I've got to ease up though, trying to save money and constantly seeing cool things makes me spend more

LuAnn,
I buy a lot of stuff from QVC. Just like you...Jewelry. I have their pots and pans which I love. Also have bought quite a bit of clothes. Skin care, too. Actually, you name it, I've bought it.
No, you are not crazy! They stand behind everything they sell and the customer svc is great so why not buy from them? Did I mention I buy some of the food, too?
Junior's Cheesecakes, Mrs. Prindable's caramel apples,,,why I could go on and on
(Think I did!! LOL!!!)

I frigggin love the shopping channel as it is called here in Canada I am a full fledged shopping channel addict. I love the jewellery, skin care and makeup.
I don't care about anything else on tv (maybe the food channel and greys anatomy and maybe dancing with the stars)
The shopping channel rocks!!

I bought the Glow Fusion last week, I love it! It is a self tanner and it works wonderful! I have tried some before and they were awful. This stuff doesn't smell bad and it goes on so easy! I am going to have the best tan this year!!!!!
