Sun Protection Clothing

I have a rash guard website, and I know they are great for sun protection; we market them as so.
Today I received a call from a customer who was undergoing radiation therapy for breast cancer. She said that we should market our shirts for women going through the same. Not only are they perfect sun protection, but they are soft and quite comfy.
I am not here to advertise, but was wandering if anyone has tried wearing a rash guard for this reason. And if so, what is your opinion?
I would love nothing more than to support great causes, and am just looking for advise, personally.
