Rachel Ray's 5 minute fudge (available on web site for food network.com....her mother has been using the original recipe for 30 years....Rachel tweaks it many times over...it's basically a 12oz package of chips, plus 3/4 cup of some other flavor of chips; plus one can of condensed sweetened milk...melt on low-med. heat for approx. 3-5 minutes; add mix-ins such as nuts and raisins, etc. and spread into mold...she used a cake pan with the inverted empty milk can (covered in foil for ease of removal) in the center and spread the mixture with an uneven surface to give the appearance of a wreath...and decorated with red cherries and candied green leaves...I watched her on Oprah this week so the recipe stuck with me....haven't tried it yet...so you'd best go to the website in case I forgot something...but everyone raved about the ease of it and she did say you could use other flavors of chips and other mix-ins and other decorations or forms...it all just chills out in the fridge for 30 minutes....happy holidays.

I usually use the recipe on the outside of the mashmallow fluff container and like it.
