EZ Apricot glazed Pork chops & Stuffing w/spinach

1 Stove top stuffing mix made on stovetop
1 box of frozen spinach cooked
Schmuckers "All fruit" Apricot spread
4-6 pork chops

Make the stuffing according to the package directions..either microwave or stove top method and spread in baking pan, then mix spinach into the stuffing ,

spread pork chops on top and top each one with a heaping tsp of apricot spread as a glaze.....bake at 350 until pork chops are well done and glaze is bubbling usually30-45 min dependent on thickness of porkchops

(spinach can be omitted)
