Do you dress up for the holidays? will you wear jeans tomorrow or something dressy? Same with xmas (if you celebrate).

We used to dress to the 'nines', but now that the oldest generation is gone, we are more casual. More like what you would wear to work.

Do you or your family drink alcohol on the holidays?
    Wine with dinner. No cocktails

What is the most memorible thanksgiving? and why?
All my t-day memories are good ones... last year stands out though as I vaguely recall cooking for 18, sick from treatment and refusing to let cancer take the holiday from me.

Do you pray at the table before the meal?
    No

Do you go around and say what you are thankful for?
No. But we all know we are thankful for the same things.

Do you or your family watch the game on TV?
    No

Do all of these holiday questions piss you off?
Guess NOT! I am answering the questions!

Happy Thanksgiving to all! [I love this holiday!!!!]

Do you or your family drink alcohol on the holidays? Maybe alittle wine

What is the most memorible thanksgiving? and why? Going to the high school football game, freezing my tail off (it was in RI), then coming home to a warm house with it smelling wonderful from all of the food my mother had cooked. I think she got up at 5:00am to get everything ready!

Do you pray at the table before the meal? Of course the catholic mumble...

Do you go around and say what you are thankful for? yes
Do you or your family watch the game on TV? yes, or throw in a movie

Do you or your family drink alcohol on the holidays? No

Thanksgiving 2001. It was my Dad's last Thanksgiving with us and I will always remember how he enjoyed dinner and having the whole family together.

Do you pray at the table before the meal? My son says grace before dinner.

Do you go around and say what you are thankful for? No, but I would like to.

Do you dress up for the holidays? will you wear jeans tomorrow or something dressy? Same with xmas (if you celebrate). Haven't decided yet - we usually have some of both so will go with what seems right when I'm getting dressed (that doesn't need ironed!)

Do you or your family drink alcohol on the holidays? Oh, yes. And play poker.

What is the most memorible thanksgiving? and why? I had one in KC with friends and no family because my ob didn't want me to travel that pregnant. (8 months.) With baby 2 or 3 I'd have ignored him but it was my first...

Do you pray at the table before the meal? Yes.

Do you go around and say what you are thankful for? Sometimes - depends on who's having it - my mom is hokey about stuff like that so if it's at her house we do.

Do you or your family watch the game on TV? Yes.

Do all of these holiday questions piss you off? You'd have to try harder than this!

Do you dress up for the holidays? will you wear jeans tomorrow or something dressy? Same with xmas (if you celebrate). Usually jeans with a nice sweater.

Do you or your family drink alcohol on the holidays? Nope - too many recovering alcoholics in the family

What is the most memorible thanksgiving? and why? I remember several Thanksgiving dinners with my grandparents (now deceased). The funniest part was that they couldn't agree on the recipe for the dressing, so we always had two dressing dishes to choose from - and we all knew it was best to take an equal portion of each one and rave over how delicious it was!

Do you pray at the table before the meal? Not lately.

Do you go around and say what you are thankful for? Yes.

Do you or your family watch the game on TV? Sometimes.

Do all of these holiday questions piss you off? lol No

Do you dress up for the holidays? will you wear jeans tomorrow or something dressy? Same with xmas (if you celebrate). Comfy clothes only...probably jeans.

Do you or your family drink alcohol on the holidays? Not usually but intend to open a celebration bottle of wine this year!

What is the most memorible thanksgiving? and why? All the Thanksgivings when my mother was alive. She would cook for three days beforehand, we'd all get together first thing in the morning and spend the entire day, eating, playing games, watching movies. Sadly the one that sticks in my mind the most was her last one after brain surgery...she was paralized on her left side...no hair and sick from surgery, radiation and chemo.

Do you pray at the table before the meal? I intend to this year. I have lots to give thanks for.

Do you go around and say what you are thankful for? We will this year...never have before.

Do you or your family watch the game on TV? nope...usually watch a Christmas movie in the afternoon after the parade in the morning.

Do all of these holiday questions piss you off? No...so happy to still be here to celebrate.
